Mains Conditioner Upgrades
The launch of the Mk.6 mains conditioner has brought increased levels of performance. Revised casework has provided some additional improvements in the rejection of radio frequency interference, thus improving noise removal. In addition to this, much work has been put into reducing the impedance of the mains output. This has led to some very real improvements in performance.
Our tests using a high quality system with a very good quality mains supply and an electrical sub-station very close to the house showed the Mk.5 conditioner to be audible in use. Investigations showed that mains impedance was the issue and addressing this has been focus of the Mk.6 programme.
We're pleased to say that this issue has been completely resolved in the James Audio Mk.6 hi-fi power conditioner and we believe that this now puts us head and shoulders above the competition. We've had to increase the price to cover the increased component costs but for owners of the Mk.5 conditioner, we are pleased to offer an upgrade service for the £200 price difference between the two units. This sum is only a token contribution to the true cost of the upgrade and indicates our total commitment to customer satisfaction.
